Healthy life style of Prophet

1. Eat in moderation

It has been rooted in his love letter QS.Thaha verse 81:
Meaning: eat the good of the sustenance which We have given you, and do not exceed it, which caused my wrath upon you. and whoever overwritten by my wrath, verily he shall perish.

This verse confirms to us that we should not overdo the eating because it would be bad for our health. Various diseases can arise if we are careless and do not regulate our diet well.

Eating is one of the means to get the energy to continue the activity. However, if we eat too full also not good for our health, can lead to obesity, and if too full, we will become lazy to do the next activity. Eat in moderation according to the levels of gastric our ability to contain it and process it into energy, also can not eat too little because we would quickly run out of energy and finally buckled during activity.

In a hadith narrated by Ibn Majah, Prophet states that should man should keep his balance, one-third for food, one third for water and one-third for air. Therefore, the act of eating it is not excessive in accordance with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad.

2. Enough sleep

After a day of activity, our body needs to rest. Enough sleep to adult size is about 6-8 hours. Getting enough sleep is very important to maintain the health of our bodies, especially to our status as a worker, getting enough sleep can increase the power of concentration while working. If our bodies are deprived of sleep, then we will be difficult to concentrate, your body feels weak, and it is difficult to think clearly. And for our status as a seeker of knowledge, then we will be threatened disruption sleepy in class. How we will be able to absorb the knowledge given the teacher / lecturer when we are sleepy? not really a big loss?

3. Sport

With exercise, then we will be a smooth circulation, burning calories into energy can be optimized. Lots of exercise can keep us from various diseases, therefore we should not be lazy in the exercise. At least once a week, to balance the muscles and facilitate movement of oxygen to the brain thereby increasing the power of concentration. Sports not necessarily in expensive fitness, walking or cycling, including sports facilities are easy and inexpensive.

4. Waking up the morning or dawn

When dawn came, or when dawn. The air is still clean from pollution, so it is good for lung health. Wake up early to get the clean air intake for our lungs. With up early, we can plan what we will do a more careful and do not rush. To be able to wake up in the morning, then we must get to bed early.

5. Fasting Monday-Thursday

In addition to a rewarding, by fasting on Mondays and Thursdays to allow time for our stomach to rest. Imagine, every day we are told to work hard stomach to digest food every morning, noon and night. When fasting, the stomach and the rest we will process the undigested food before, it can also remove toxins that may be stored in our bodies due process of digestion is less than perfect.

6. Police

One thing that is not less important in a healthy lifestyle is maintaining cleanliness. The place was dirty prone to cause disease, and therefore Islam strongly advised to maintain personal hygiene, shelter, and clothing. Even the Prophet himself was also said that cleanliness is a part of the faith. So, to maintain cleanliness will also have a positive impact on our health.
